Vico e Campeggi alla Torre

On the occasion of Milan Design Week 2025, Campeggi, in collaboration with Fondazione Vico Magistretti, presents the exhibition Vico and Campeggi at the Tower in the entrance hall of the Torre al Parco Sempione, located on Via Giuseppe Revere.

The Torre al Parco, designed by Magistretti and Franco Longoni between 1953 and 1956, has recently undergone a conservative restoration - an exemplary case of modern restoration - making it the ideal setting for an exhibition that reinterprets objects from the past, giving them new life for contemporary use.

The exhibition features five transformable furniture pieces: a coat rack (Broomstick), a sofa bed (Oblò), a bench (Ospite), a deck chair (Piccy), and a bookcase (Moma). Alongside the typical elements of a classic living room, these pieces turn the hall of the Torre al Parco into a nomadic living space for one week.

Accompanying the exhibition is a book, integrated into the scenography through an original narrative, the result of the researches in the archives of the Magistretti Studio and Campeggi.

At the end of the week, all the pieces will be removed as easily as they were installed, and the exhibition will be relocated to Campeggi’s showroom-museum in Anzano del Parco, where it will find its permanent home.
