Vico: il grande semplice

Ten years after his death, Triennale Milano pays tribute to the designer and architect Vico Magistretti with the preview of the documentary Vico: il grande semplice, produced by Sky Arte HD, created by 3D Produzioni in collaboration with  Fondazione Vico Magistretti and curated by Valeria Parisi and Matteo Moneta.

The documentary – broadcast on Sky Arte HD on 19 September at 9.15 pm –  tells about Vico Magistretti: a refined classicist, designer and architect who shaped the Milanese urban landscape, a lover of English culture and golf. This is how his friends and colleagues remember him: from Norman Foster to Alessandro Mendini, up to Konstantin Grcic, Mario Bellini, Italo Lupi, Michele De Lucchi, Stefano Boeri, Cino Zucchi, Patricia Urquiola, Vanni Pasca, Fulvio Irace and Nino Cerruti.

The documentary Vico: il grande semplice is made with the support of ArtemideCassinaDe PadovaKartellOluce e Schiffini, companies that collaborated Magistretti during his extraordinary career.
